stuff is not helpful and not clean with the room

we stay for few days, the bed sheet totally no change and toilet never wash too, i lost many hair in the floor, i can see if they have clean the room. Stuff is not helpful because we are big family have 10 person with child, they no help us carry big luggage to town, they say cannot help, ask us to carry myself,we have to walk 10min reach the town, bad service .

This was our worst experience in a hotel being in Thailand. And we are not type of people to review

It is a not bad option for someone who would like to live in a condo but no single house at Phiphi

Great stay
