very clean hotel, new owners

asked for a late check in as arrived on the train from bkk at 10pm. staff were not in any way organised when i arrived and at 10pm one wants to simply shower and eat.
i had to wait while they found the correct person to check me in and then confirm everything 3 times, not ideal. it was so disappointing as the cleanliness of the hotel was flawless. the breakfast the next morning was also flawless, everyones breakfast was included so there was no need to wait to eat as it is assumed everyone is entitled to breakfast.
pool was superb, and open 24 hrs.
i can put p with the staffing issues. just hard at the wrong time of day..

I have stayed at much better hotels with more ambience for what I paid but they do have lovely gardens & sculptures in the courtyeard to sit and enjoy.

Good central hotel and handy for main sights
Stayed here for a week and really enjoyed my stay. Room spacious and good size bathroom, outside is a good size pool surrounded by pleasant grounds. Large night bazaar and street food can be a 35/40 m... อ่านต่อ

Valuable stay
We stayed two nights in @Chiangmai.It was better than i experted.Very close to the party area - yellow zone.50 meters away but the sounds not effect the hotel at all.Nice decoration and very good thai... อ่านต่อ
