Cute hotel - but some problems...

Our stay was nice - the hotel is cute and clean and staff are friendly. But definitely some room for improvement. We stayed with several people in several rooms and 2 of the room doors locked folks out, or didn't lock at all. 3 safes didn't work or had problems, and the gym equipment was new, but wasn't assembled (I had to plug in the treadmill, which still had it's stickers on, and one of the weigh benches had its pulleys sitting next to it in a heap). The towels were really old, they came apart when you showered. Cute hotel overall, and some nice investments have been made, but it would be nice to see these problems cleared up.
