I encountered a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff as I booked a total of 8 rooms for my 4 days stay with a group of friends. A week before I called and asked them to prepare just a room out of the 8 rooms for me and my friends to get ready as we will reach there early around 9am and the told me that not to worries as they will prepare a room me and the rest of 7 rooms will be ready at 2pm and I agreed with that. But once I reached there on the day, the told me they're unable to get ready a room for me as the staff that I spoke to with on that day is not around and didn't inform any of them. At last all of us have to leave our luggages in the lobby and went out without getting ourselves freshen up. The second unhappy matter is where they required a deposit of 1000 baht for each rooms and sum up of 8000 baht for the total rooms that I booked which is they didn't stated in their website during my booking which the amount is totally ridiculous. I'm really unhappy on this
