The hotel was a great property! But Double check you room service Bills!

The hotel was great, they upgraded our rooms into the Family suite which were great!! But I had one bad experience with the staff, they make wrong Bills for my room service dinner, I didn't check the bill while I was paying the bill, and after sometimes I realized that the amount I paid is more than what it should be and then I called them regarding that, they didn't deliver all our food also, there were lots of miscommunications between us as they can't understand English properly, so I asked for all the bills I have paid and then only the staff agreed that they charged us with the wrong bill. Anyway, later it gets resolved. So I am not 100% sure if this was an honest mistake or not, so I am not saying that this hotel is not good, but just be careful before you pay any bills there

Nice stay

Relax place and away from the crowd
Clean and spacious room. The place's not far from the busy street, you just have to walk 2 minutes away. We really enjoyed the balcony facing the pool. Will come back again for sure!
