Excellent resort and would stay here again

On arrival our room had a slight leak to the air conditioning unit, the maintenance team couldn't sort it out, bearing in mind the time was 10 pm so were given another room. After this slight small problem Alex couldn't have done enough to make sure our stay was a pleasant one which we will not forget for a very long. The hotel is slightly out of the way but free shuttle bus makes up for this. The resort is so peaceful, clean and spa treatment is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend our all our family and friends.
