Nice architecture, clean design; front desk girls take their sweet time though bell captain hustles (by asking the front desk for my room number and running my luggage up to the room). 5 stars (design) - 2 stars (front desk needs training) + 1 star (bell captain really hustles)= 4 stars
Back office mucks up good intention (of asking for check-in time) with unnecessarily harsh language (of “selling” my paid room to someone else, if I don’t reply in 18 hours). Really? Is it nice to threaten your guests like that? Is it ethical or professional to sell the same room to two different guests? 4 stars + 1 (for asking for check-in time) - 2 (for threatening guest) = 3 stars

Breakfast: soft boiled eggs, self-made waffles, fresh tangerine juice, Nespresso machine, plus a choice of high quality, made to order breakfast (such as ham & eggs, shrimp wanton, etc). 3 stars + 1 (for attempting to be a top end resort such as Six Sense) = 4 stars
Waitresses well trained and efficient. Does everything right. Final score = 4 stars + 1 = 5 stars
