The hotel is a solid 3 star but the exceptional staff make it a five star

The hotel is relatively new and is well situated a short walking distance from the beach and many restaurants and shops. The included breakfast is of good quality with enough choices that we didn’t get tired of it after five days. The coffee could be better as it is brewed strong and sits on a heater but was not terrible. The rooms are a nice size and have nice decks. The property is well maintained and very clean. The infinity pool on the top floor was a great place to get refreshed each day before heading out for a massage and dinner. The restaurant on the main level isn’t very good and is a space that is rented out and not part of the hotel itself. Not a big deal as there are so many choices for places to eat close by. We would recommend “Bush Gardens” just a few meters down the road for a quality meal to get started. Now, the best part and what separates this property from so many others...the staff! They are fantastic and very professional. Polite,, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great staff, good sized room, lovely views
