Great hotel but facilities need improvement

Great clean and spacious rooms, good location but far from eatery unless you have own transportation. We booked 2 rooms and checked in at 2.00pm. 1 of the room aircond didn't function and the repair took almost 2 hours. Internet WiFi very poor keep disconnecting and only work at the lobby.

Massive clean room. Nice club downstairs. Only thing missing its swimming pool.

Good location but haunted hotel
It was like sleeping on a Rock. The bed was horrible. In the night, all out of sudden things from the table was falling down , it was a miserable hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Quite a nice hotel with very large rooms along the beach road in Songkhla. There is no pool, so recreational options are limited.
