For a holiday, stay at the other hotel if you can

The room was large with a very nice sea view. Fairly recently renovated. Room size and quality is far better then the other big hotel at this beach. Parking is convenient, but not enough if there are more than a few guests But stay elsewhere if you are here for the beach. Cleanliness - Next to the one lift nearest the lobby (more on that later), there is a large concrete bunker,, the top of which was filthy (a mild description, really). Having to wait for the lift next to that filth every time we went to the room was pretty off-putting. Lift - you need to climb a half flight of stairs to get from the parking lot to the lift, or from the lobby to the lift, there are no ramps for the luggage. Breakfast - very basic, and probably commensurate with the price Service - no beach towels provided. If you ask, they’ll give you an extra bath towel to use and tell you they’ll charge you for a second!
