Beautiful hotel, loud road

The design of both the hotel and the rooms is lovely, it’s obvious that a lot of thought and money were invested to build the hotel. One of the nicest rooms we’ve seen in this price category and very clean. However, we had a room facing the street and didn’t realize how loud it was until it was too late to change rooms- something we regretted. The windows do little to keep the noise out so we didn’t get much sleep. Would I recommend? Absolutely- if you make sure to get a room facing away from the street. Food was so so, ok taste wise, but small portions for the price.
