Friendly service and an excellent stay

Although located on a busy road the location in the Old City was very convenient as everything was within walking distance and round the corner from the Sunday Street market near Wot Pro Singh. The staff were not just friendly and welcoming but extremely helpful and went the extra mile in helping me organise trips in Chiang Mai. Of note, they were very helpful when I had to contact airlines because of a cancellation and were gracious to allow me stay longer than planned. The breakfast was excellent and the room service was of very good standard. I would come here again on my next stay in Chiang Mai. Very satisfied :)
