Looks nice but major design problems

No lift, room door didn't close properly, windows had such a wide gap on the frame you could fit your hand through, bath far too high, shower nice but tiles intrude into the shower tray so have to lean to reach the water. Seemed to be a hotel on a tour bus route, first night bus full of noisy tourists arrived late and could be heard until midnight in the court yard. Staff friendly, many problems not their fault. Such a shame as the hotel could be really nice with more attention to detail. Wouldn't stay here again.
