Excellent!!!

Had a great time relaxing as everything around shut due to Covid. Not the hotels fault. Staff were wonderful and most helpful. Very limited staff who were multitasking and doing a great job of it. Only negative would be that food is not available after certain hours but this allowed us to order from outside restaurants. Local expat hangout is a telling sign of a great place. 👍

Brilliant spot
Great room with jacuzzi, literally right on the beach. Mai and Apple were lovely and super helpful! Had a great stay and would stay again in the future.

Excellent service and great stay and amazing Palm at reception
We stayed at few different 4 stars resorts on Chaweng beach ( including Amari) during our stay at Koh Samui, the KC was the BEST hotel with the best cleanest beach and pleasant water from all of them.... อ่านต่อ

Horrible DO NOT STAY HERE.
The staff didn’t care about anything other then getting your money. They are building a hotel 4 feet from the rooms and construction is non stop. They are also doing road works right in front of the h... อ่านต่อ

Unpleasant stay,
The only good points are location and spa, the facility was bad, and room service is slow, tower is unclean, bedsheet and cover was old and not clean. Not worth the money, Don’t recommend.
