Decent Hotel with untrained staff

The location is good since its a 5minute walk from all the action at Chaweng Beach but the hotel itself was mediocre. The rooms lacked warmth and the staff was not well trained. One of the room-service staff even forgot the bring a pen when they brought the food...I had to dig through my own suitcase to find one while the staff stood there looking uninterested. Also after check-out the guy behind the counter did not give me any payment receipts until i went back to remind him...

The only plus side was the swimming pool and the fact that its actually on the beach.

Overall the experience wasn't all that bad but wasnt that good either..
