Mold smell was unbearable...

Lived in Thailand for 4 years. Have stayed in countless hotels of different quality. This is the FIRST hotel I had to check out of because it wasn't fit to stay in. The mold smell in the room was unbearble. It was also deep in all the linens. Had the windows and door open trying to air it out, but didn't help. Had no choice but to check out and find another resort nearby (I recommend the Kiwi Resort about 2 km toward the temple. Owned by a friendly farang and his Thai wife).
When booking it said "Our last room!". That was a lie. We were the ONLY customers there. No one was even working when we arrived. Had to call their number, then someone arrived in their vehicle to check us in.
If you book a room here, you will regret it. There are other resorts in the area, so don't worry about not finding a room online.

Old room , over price
Now they are renovate their hotel, hope it condition will be better and reasonable price.
