Underwhelmed...

Quite a nice location with so many street food around the vicinity especially near BTS. Great swimming pool. Room is basic and clean. The let down was the customer service of the staff here when compared to other similar hotels. From check-ins to daily encounters with the staff - lack of warmness and very inconsistent professional courtesy even just to greet or open the door. Throughout our 4 nights stay, perhaps only 3 random staff that displayed acceptable standard of professional customer service attitude.
