good location, good service but awful pool

had stayed in the same hotel in 2017 and was impressed by the friendliness of staff and the super convenient location. Just 3 minute walk from the Emporium shopping mall if you use the Starbucks entrance. But the pool on 7/F was awful on May 7th, super murky water and looked like there was a bio hazard problem. That was totally third world, and i wonder why an internationally-branded hotel would allow such things to happen. They should at least put a sign outside the pool and warn people not to swim at the pool, i guess? Too gross to swim

Value for Money - Really comfortable
