Poor experience! Money was missing!

I booked this hotel because of the good comments and the high rating, but I have to say staying in this hotel was my worst experience in Chiangmai! I checked my money which was placed in my suitcase one night before we left, but found out that 100 RMB (500 THB) was missing. The receptionist just said perfunctorily that they would investigate, and emphasized that their hotel had never received this kind of complaint. I was super disappointed by their attitude, which made me feel like I was the person who made mistakes. I suggest anyone who stays in this hotel keep an eye on your money and other belongings!

midnight can hear the loud sound from PUB, if you are light sleeper then it will be a issue. the bed is comfort and breakfast can be more varieties, overall is a nice stay.

an awesome place to stay
首先，前台的服务员真的很友好，主动帮我们用泰语联系tutu，因为tutu司机英语和中文较差。另外，前台一个会说中文的胖胖的小姐姐也很好。其次是早餐，真心已经做得比较好了，虽然比不上四五星级的酒店，但这个价格的酒店，早餐和房间绝对是算很不错的了。总体来说，性价比很高，真心推荐！
