Would be a Good Hotel, Except...

...for the noise! The hotel is located on the same block with some clubs/discos/bars that are apparently competing for who can play their music the loudest. The music is loud enough to vibrate the windows, walls, and bed and not in a good way. Fortunately, the noise stops at about midnight.
Otherwise, the hotel is a good value for the budget traveler with clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, wi-fi, and an above average complimentary breakfast.
If getting up early or getting a good night sleep is a priority, I would skip this place and consider a hotel in northwest Chiang Mai.
