Beds are not comfortable

The unit is very large with 2 rooms and 2 toilets, but We can’t sleep well as the beds are too soft and pillows are lack of support completely. Sofa is too soft and doesn’t seem clean. Disappointed to have chosen this hotel for our trip.

Can have better option
