This was better as the Somerset, now under new ownership the front desk staff are unfriendly

The front desk staff are unfriendly and didn’t notice that we had stayed their 6 times before. Rooms were not cleaned very well with limited toilet roll and beds were made rather than changed. Was better and more relaxed under Somerset brand name.
On the other hand Cool. CHillirestaurant was superb with great staff and service
