Clean apartment and friendly staff

Booked a 2 bedrooms apartment and the apartment is clean (Block A). The kitchen has all the pans, plates, utensils you will need if you need to do some simple cooking (for baby). Hotel also provide baby cot for free. Hotel staff are friendly and the bell boys are very helpful!
Hotel has a 24 hour convenient store and across the street have a few massage shop too. During peak hour, the small road outside the hotel can be very jam. If you need to go to airport during peak hours, please travel at least 2 hours before hand.

Nice staff. Spacious room. Good location. I've reserved an additional bed but it took a few hours to delivery it when we arrived. There is stain on towel.

Slow respond to room service
Contacted housekeeping and reception and usually waiting time is 30mins to 1 hour for any request. Send my suit and clothes for dry cleaning and notice my suit was damage due to ironing.
