Gem!

This hotel ( They call themselves a House because they want guests to feel like home, and they made it) is a true gem! It is a brand new hotel, but they made the building to look like it was built during the colonial time. The design is just simply elegant and luxurious.
Besides the beauty of the hotel I found outside, the service is also amazing from 'inside' - all smiles everywhere. I enjoyed the complimentary afternoon snack they serve daily at their Ghin restaurant. The minibar in the room is also free. The breakfast was just superb - with so many choices. What I like the most is their private pool suite which is so nice and relaxing! My waterfall pool suite has outdoor bathtub and shower area and a waterfall ! (I've paid for an upgrade to the pool suite) I believe that this is the only hotel in Chiang Mai old town that has private pool suites ( total 14 pool suites I guess ). Do not want to leave,but I will see you again soon :)

I booked this for a friend, and she absolutely loved it! She appreciated the pool, complimentary amenities and lovely hospitality. It is highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel! Wish there were a bar by the pool and the balcony room was just a bit bigger. But beautiful hotel nonetheless and the breakfast was amazing too!

everythins is good
Staff kindness(thanks big), location, interior, room condition, swimming pool, everything was good. If I go back to Chiang Mai, I will stay again.
