Never again

Swimming pool was horrible as owner of hôtel. It was very hot at waiting hall as i ask if there is fan(no ac at waiting hall it was more hot then out, but we were waiting for taxi) ? Manager or owner (Lady faced chinese) résponded very unpolitely. Few staffs were very unpolite by face expression(restaurant service staff) .

Unbelievable - Agoda sells rooms in the hotel but probably does not know about the situation. in front of the hotel is a huge building - noise from early morning to evening. Wifi does not work in the ... อ่านต่อ

Never book unless you dont have any other option
Couldn't find any pros. Not a 4-star by any means. Changed two rooms and both had mouse. Location not really ideal. Staff was helpful. Wouldn't come again. Disappointed.

I booked a deluxe room with king bed it was two singles pushed together
Room was not what we expected shower room was dirty and pipes leaking
