Grand hotel with not so good management

This is a really big hotel. They have decent breakfast. Problem is the management even though the staff is helpful. I shifted 5 rooms when checked in as Room 1. My room was not as I requested Room 2. The room they offered me has someone already staying in Room 3. This room was also not as I requested Room 4. It was old smelly room Room 5. I accepted the first room they offered.
Toilet was broken and there was no consistent hot water.
The hotel really has good facilities but they just needs to be maintained well.
For the price I paid it was ok.

Not quite what you'd expect

Bathroom very slippery I fall and have problem with my 🖐. Cleaning awful. Cold breakfast.
