Maybe it is the view you pay for. The price match 4/5 stars hotel in Bangkok. The hotel is 3 star and that match in the following: breakfast, forgot to clean our two villas the first day, the phone in one villa didn't work and after several attempts, it was still not working after three days. Wifi was of medium quality and even the last house keeping, they forgot the small towels. There was because of the state of the location( build up and around a hill), a lot of steps to pass back and forth from restaurant and parking lot. My mother-in-law struggled with that due to a troubled knee. Even there was a golf cart pick up if you wanted, there is still some steep steps up till where the pick up point was. Just mention this because it was not known to us before we arrived. The staff in the reception was very helpful and speaks surprisingly good English, however it seems like the promises doesn't come to action at the operational staff. Room for improvement....
