Good location basic hotel

Great friendly helpful staff. Good location clean basic hotel with good wifi, great powerful shower, comfy bed. Great location: It's just off main road ie 5-10 mins walking distance from Bangkok minivan drop-off point (clock tower), beach, night market, railway station. 15 mins walk to Market Village. Surprised that most Tuk tuk drivers knows about this hotel. More for the explorer tourist whereby the hotel room is more for resting as no resort facilities. Breakfast was ok but basic, if can improve variety & taste also to provide brewed coffee would be nice. All in great job Baan Nilrath!
