Ok so i could rant on about how bad the hotel is but il keep it short.
Upon arrival I was asked for additional payment for a deposit for the room....this was not stated in the terms and conditions upon booking.
I refused to pay the deposit as I couldn't justify a reason for giving it and it wasn't advertised that I had to.
The staff don't speak a lick of English
No bed sheets or pillows or towels upon arrival, had to go and search for staff and then show them what I needed as the don't speak English.
No knifes and forks
The water was turned off for 1.5hrs and When I asked why is there no water, I was just grunted at and told just wait.........ummmmm sorry wasn't aware I was staying in Zambia.
All in all I was so pissed off about the way I was spoken too, treated and the quality of the hotel was so cheaply made. I just packed my gear and left to a new hotel.
