They overbooked my room

First I'll get the bad part of the review out of the way. I booked a bungalow with an outside shower. When I showed up they gave me a room with no outside shower nor did they bother to explain this. Instead it was a surprise I needed to find out on my own. When I went back to question this they told me they over booked the room and I was. It able to have what I actually booked through agoda. Needless to say this the second experience in a year that agoda and or the hotel have screwed up and I've not been compensated in any way. When you book with Agoda BEWARE. Last year they offered me a 10% discount after a hotel gave me a view of building when I paid for a seaview. Since agoda has no real interest in making things right I have no interest in complaining to them about this experience since they don't give a rats ass. They got paid the hotel gets paid and you don't get what you paid for! View was nice but the same as the bungalow I should have got.

The clue is in the name...Paradise!

Nice beach, great rooms and view
I went with 2 friends, hired the superior room with sea view. It's a really nice place with great beach area. Breakfast it's ok, thai massages are awesome but a little more expensive than the average.... อ่านต่อ

Relaxing
