Disappointed on first night of stay!

Family and I booked for 4 days and 3 nights. Whole process upon before checking in, wanted to upgrade the rooms but Paradise Resort Phi Phi management could not do so as booking is via Agoda and Agoda on the other hand is passing the responsibility to the resort. Mind you, this was going on for 2 weeks prior to check in.

Upon checking in, have PAID for an upgrade Sea View room for family and I which cost almost double amount of initial booking of Superior Bungalow but it's something that I wanted. Don't expect much but a comfortable room the least, however, room air-cond in the Sea View room does not work and after hours and hours was upgraded to Beach Front Villa and to disappointment, the same issue of non working air-cond. At the end, transferred back to the original Sea View room which had the air cond rectified and mind you this is 10 hours after checking in. The least mgmt could do is have some empathy and take responsibility on some compensation but nothing done

Great location , fabulous massage, good food reasonably priced , the bungalows are a bit ran down .

Beautiful location
Excellent location right in a gorgeous beach . Comfortable resort with many nice breakfast choices

We had a beach front room R906 and was amazing and the views from our room was out of this world and this was our second visit and will 100% by back next year

Bugs and ants in the rooms and bedding.
Paradise resort in Phi Phi is located in a great area the only downfall is that the rooms have too many bugs in them and in the bedding there were many ants. I basically didn’t even check in my roo... อ่านต่อ
