Not a customer friendly resort, Nice location

Phi Phi isn’t the most scenic beach destinations but Long beach is the best Phi Phi has. We spent a short 2 days here. While the room was well located and nice, the staff seemed rather aloof and rude, at times. Asian hospitality draws world tourists to our part of the world and I’m saddened to see how Phi Phi fails at it. Language is an added issue island wide, they didn’t even know basic English words. Will I go back to this resort in particular - the short answer is, NO.

Paradise on a beautiful beach

Amazing location and perfect for families with young kids
Enjoyed every second of our stay, the staff is amazing and were all extremely helpful with our baby as well.

So beautiful beach, nice restaurant and free breakfast
I would say this is the best long beach and very clean in phiphi we really enjoyed to stay except standard room a bit too old, quite small and not much cleaniless. Recommend to stay at the sea view ... อ่านต่อ
