Cancelled the pier taxi on us last minute

We have stayed here 3 times before and thought it was a good, solid hotel for the price. However, the last day of our current stay proved orherwise. We had booked the hotel taxi for a trip to the pier. When we arrived the owner said she was too busy and refused to take us. Unbelievable. She said she would call us a taxi that would arrive 10 minutes later but we were running late for the boat. We were forced to flag down a taxi from the road with our heavy luggage. We finally got a taxi but missed the boat because the taxi the hotel owner promised us was rudely and unilaterally cancelled on us. I had confirmed twice with the owner about the taxi and both times she said it was good. I am extremely disappointed in this failure or basic customer service. Will never return to this hotel.

Great place, good location, awesome owner and staff

Surprised me! Better than expected!

Awesome place to stay
Great pools. Clean rooms. Best in the area. Its far from main party area so ypu need tp rent a scooter. The beach it pretty cool but its sand isnt the best. Just a little walk from the weekend market ... อ่านต่อ
