Extremely responsive team! Brilliant people

This booking (3 rooms) was for our clients (we had organised a group trip for solo-travellers via our company Roaming Clan). Every time we dropped them an email or called them regarding any of our queries, they were responsive & extremely helpful. They even arranged transfers for our clients to full moon party, pier pick up & drop & transfer to Krabi via a very good boat company. The staff speaks good English so it was easy to communicate & they arranged a driver who could speak basic English. Our clients gave very good feedback of this hotel & were very happy with the service. Location of the property is good, it's neat & clean, the hotel staff is helpful & food was also good. Overall highly recommended, we will book them again for our future clients.
