Good Hotel, Great Location

So this hotel is about location with its proximity to Central Mall and front entrance right on Beach Road. Service was also very good as every request was satisfied promptly. Wifi was strong and l loved having a big tub. Two weak points: Channel selection was ok then you're not in Pattaya to watch TV. The bigger problem was hot water wasn't very hot. Lukewarm at best. Finally, on my day of departure, there was a blackout and was told it was every hotel on beach road. The service team did help me expedite my taxi and try to make me as comfortable as possible.

Very nice, small Hotel
