cheap, well located and clean

it was a good surprise, we expected just a need to sleep and leave early. the place was very clean and well cared for. the room was spacious and with AC, a flight after a very hot day traveling. shower was very good and spacious, bathroom was clean.
we got a room without breakfast by mistake, what proved to be the best option, since breakfast was only 100 Baht/Person, cheaper than the offer using Agoda. breakfast was simple with eggs, boxed juice, expresso, milk, toast, noodles, some meat and 2 fruit options. we went to the market just across the street and complemented it with a couple of cheap alternatives. staff speak enough English for good communication.
