Delightful Surprise

Black Ant Coffee and Resort was absolutely charming, among a sea of mediocre accommodations in TH. I was fortunate to get one of the quaint rooms below the road and fronting on the river. Room #1 interior design was a combination of wood, colored block, and slate floor, had an abundance of windows, and a live tree growing through the room. A standard Falang breakfast was included and eaten on the the deck overlooking the river. Morning coffee made on the deck was perfect! Housekeeping seemed very capable and responded quickly. Restaurant has quite good Thai cuisine with quality Thai musician singing easy to listen to Thai Folk Music. Extended my stay 1 day.

Very Restful and peaceful place
