Awesome Stay!
Attentive staff at check-in and the rest of our 3 nights stay was truly wonderful. All was made possible by all the staff that we came across from room service, housekeeping to the restaurant. We were upgraded to the Saina Cottage and the room was amazing, spacious with a nice balcony and sitting area. The bathroom have a stand alone shower and Jacuzzi with free amenities. A lot of thoughts have been put in for the comfort and convenience of their guest like rattan basket with pool towels should you like to swim in their Saltwater pool, indoor and outdoor slipper, umbrellas and bathrobes. They even have aromatherapy diffusers and burners as well as a mosquito coil burner. Staying at Ban Sainai you will hear the sounds of insects, frogs and geckos. Its like living with nature at your doorstep. Breakfast was a good spread . Free hourly shuttle bus to beach area. It takes 10 minutes to walk out to the main road where there are street stalls I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and return again.
