Mediocre quality, indifferent staff

Close to Silom and all it has to offer. Staff not friendly at check in, nor through out the stay. Very few acknowledged me when entering or leaving the hotel. One night they were blasting their own music that could be heard in my room.
The rooms are ok, clean and functional. TV has very few channels, and many have poor quality reception.
The room keys are the card type, mine always needed many attempts to get it to work. I saw the cleaner having the same trouble with other rooms. A little frustrating.
Friendlier staff would make this place so much better.

Need to improve on WiFi connection. Very annoying to keep login to the window.

Nice area
Silom Serene is a very nice hotel. The staffs are very friendly. Convenient location to everything. Clean and well kept.
