Great stay apart from bad management experience

Loved it here and would of come again, however I found one of the duty managers to be defensive and rude when sharing my concerns being ill after eating at the buffet. They were not helpful nor understanding and just tried to impose that it could not of possibly been the food. I would of come back here however this one incident will ensure I won't which is sad.
