rude staff called POOH
I had very good stay in phuket for my honeymoon but my last stay was Racha and totally throw off my whole stay because of their staff her name POOH was very rude at the check out.
1- we asked her a question about the discount that we get after check in since we didnt use it and she replied us very rudely asked me to go back to my room and get that paper for her. i don't care about 15% off. i just wanted to clarify since they didn't tell us how to exactly use it. but the way she told me to go to my room and get it was extremely rude i didn't even believe she would talk to a customer that way even my husband was surprised and we just looked at each other. she is ill mannered and her eye rolling while checkin out. the rest of the staff were friendlier.
2- we told her that we left our suitcases to be picked up and she didnt tell the staff and it started raining and it rained on it.
3- she didnt notify us about the shuttle bus because we told her to. it left us we had to run after it.
