Fantastic staff service with a good location

I wrote this review a few days after I left the hotel, and I experienced other hotels after that, I felt that Flora has the best staff, they are so polite and friendly and helpful. I like their service and their smile on their face. We were arranged to stay on the third floor rooms, but the rooms don't have sunshine come in, so after two days, we asked for a change, the staff was so kind and helpful, she arranged fourth floor ones with good views and big rooms, which was so great! Will definitely recommend to our friends.
