Great service staff!

The superior deluxe room is spacious. the furniture however is quite dated. The bedsheets are a little rough and mattress are hard. bathroom is nice though with the separate tub and showers. no spa facility. kid's club was ok. our room was a bit high up the hill so a lot of climbing of steps and have to go to 2 different elevators. The staff members were exceptional though! they helped us with hot water and other food when they saw us with a baby and a 4yo. special thanks to Jaeb for going the extra mile and see us off when we departed the hotel
