Great stay at Chanalai Flora

This hotel is getting things right. The staff are so genuinely friendly and happy and always quick to sort out any issues or requests. Special mentions to Ge, James, Phil and the General Manager. The view from the Exec suite over the bay/sea was beautiful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and an egg and noodle soup station. Enjoyed relaxing in both pool areas. The hotel is located at the end of Kata road. Plenty of shops, restaurants and massage parlours right next door. Beach only a couple of mins away. Thanks for a great stay. Keep up the good work and we will see you next time we are in Kata.

Amazing location, good price/quality ratio
