Pros-Friendly and helpful staff. They always make sure that you are comfortable with your stay and meet your request. Gave us a bigger room without extra charge to check in early. Free cappuccino and English breakfast tea with our breakfast.
Con- Suggest a bigger TV for such a big room. Free bottle water should change to better brand as present one doesn’t taste good. We bought our own drinks.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Chanalai was really wonderful. I would definitely return.
