Lovely resort!
We spent 2 visits at this resort. 4 days and then another 1 day...a few days later. This property is very beautiful. On arrival we were offered a welcome drink and a cool cloth. We then had a choice of 3 different diffuser scents that we picked from to be put in our room along with fresh flowers, It is not located on the beach, but has a large pool that is centred between the rooms. Not all rooms face the pool. The bed was very hard the first night and we asked to have it softened and they added a topping and it was perfect. When we arrived the second time, they already had put the topper on. The rooms are spacious and modern. We had a balcony, which looked over the pool. The gym is small, but has everything one would need. Ben in concierge was fabulous!! Very helpful, as was all staff. Breakfast had a good selection and every day from 3-4 fruit was offered in the room near reception. A really nice touch. Chocolates were put on the bed in the evening. They offered shuttles to 2 beaches and there was a beach, a 10 minute walk from the property. HQ beach offered a free drink from 6-7 and the food there was good. Beautiful spot to catch the sunsets. I would definitely recommend the Twinpalms Phuket Hotel
