good hotel

we had booked a grand deluxe but got upgraded to a duplex pool room - nice room and all but zero view of anything not even trees or pool as it was kinda in the basement. we should have kept our original room...lesson learned. pool staff nice , pool area nice and quiet. breakfast could have been better.

Beautiful and tranquil resort in a quiet spot
Very nice resort in quiet Surin. Staff are excellent. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again.
