No response to our request

The hotel management was not responsive to our request of being refunded for the cost of an extra bed that was never provided, because the room was too small to include it. They simply repeated that they are not responsible because the booking was with Agoda.com. Now i am trying to have a feedback from Agoda, but they are not responsive as well.

Beautiful resort

Great location and hotel facilities, uncomfortable bad
