Good new property from the people that brought you Okura

I've stayed with Okura in BKK on several occasions but grew tired of the location and the rooms just weren't holding up as well over time. Delighted to see they opened up in my favorite area to stay Thonglor. Just a few steps from the BTS, I had too book my stay here because my other favorite hotel Marriott was full. The hotel is new and still working out the bugs. First day the drain was clogged in the shower and the bathroom was flooded. The pool is good and my son enjoyed it though the staff approached us like we didn't belong there asking us for our room number. From the corner room my son enjoys watching the train every morning. We were happy enough with the room that we booked a second stay. They picked a room for us where my son can watch the train again. Staff seem to be more warm this time and I'll update my 2nd stay.

Perfect !

Good hotel but they need to fix the facilities
