Awesome Hospitality

Thais has always been known for their hospitality and after staying in many other 5 star hotels, I can't help but to give a "thumbs up" to the staff of Hotel Nikko team, especially to the concierge team - namely Aun (sorry if I gotten the name wrong, but the gentleman with the concierge key badge), pretty babes like Pare and Mom. They made the impossible to possible during our business stay. They managed to track for us a lost phone, and when flowers were sent to me, they ensure that it was well refrigerated before handing over to me. Housekeeping is also top notch. Only improvement when I return in my next stay would be the breakfast - though there is alot of varieties but a little change to the daily menu would be better, after all, it will get stale if each time u stay more than 1 week eating and seeing the same stuff. Will see you soon
